Location: Leeds Ambitious Residential Development Solicitor (1-3PQE) sought for new role with a top tier firm in Leeds city centre.
THE FIRM: Award winning full-service law firm Great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice Based central Leeds THE ROLE: The wider Real Estate team covers a broad range of Commercial Property matters, including advising a broad range of clients including: occupiers, property developers, owners and financiers.
The role itself will focus on providing advise on Residential Development matters, whilst at the same time providing assistance to the wider Real Estate team on more general property matters.
THE CANDIDATE: Ambitious Residential Development Solicitor with between 1-3PQE, with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Property matters.
It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial property matter.
You will be someone with a commercial outlook who can act as a business advisor to clients.
