We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Central London office. This full-time position involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages and Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions and New build transactions

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in residential property law managing their own caseload
  • Proven experience in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions
  • Proficiency in legal research and document drafting
  • Strong client relationship management skills
