Property Litigation Solicitor
Location: Manchester or Liverpool Property Litigation Solicitor (3-5PQE) required for a new role within a leading commercial practice, to be based in either of our Client’s Manchester or Liverpool offices.
Our client is well regarded across many commercial legal disciplines.
Their highly rated Real Estate team cover a wide range of Commercial Property matters including property litigation, property development, investment, asset management, funding, landlord and tenant and real estate tax.
Clients range from large property development and management companies, to corporate occupiers and institutional public-sector organisations.
Due to substantial growth, their Property Litigation team is looking to appoint an assured solicitor (3-5PQE) to join them, with a strong focus on Anti-social behaviour and Housing Managment.
They are looking to speak to Solicitors with extensive experience in high-level Property Litigation, with your training and experience ideally gained at a leading commercial firm well regarded for its property litigation work.
Prior specific experience of Housing Management would be a strong advantage to any application.
There is an excellent quality of work on offer, in addition to a supportive and collegiate team environment.
Salary and package are very competitive.
