THE OPPORTUNITY
We are working with a leading Insurance law firm who are looking to add a senior Professional Indemnity Solicitor (Partner & Head of Department level) to join their office in London. Our client is a global top tier practice and is wanting a talented lawyer to undertake professional indemnity work but also lead a successful team.
As a brief background our client acts on professional indemnity matters predominantly to solicitors, IFA’s and construction clients in the UK. Working as part of this high-profile team you will work and lead a team dealing with complex insurance litigation in all areas of financial lines and professional lines. Here you will work on a range of professional indemnity, D&O, FI, and coverage matters.
THE CANDIDATE
8 + years\' UK Qualified Solicitor or CILEX qualified with the relevant experience in defending claims against professionals and construction clients. You will have experience of handling insurance disputes relating to financial institutions, policy coverage matters and Directors\' and Officers\' liability.
You should have experience of managing / supervising individuals or own team / department.
You will have the opportunity to join a modern and growing Insurance firm as a partner, and you will have the ability to make a name for themselves quickly. You will also work as part of the business which encourages homeworking as a flexible employer.
