Highly-rated International Practice with offices in London is seeking to hire an ambitious junior Insurance Lawyer to join its fantastic team in the city. The successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity and general insurance-related advice to their enviable international client base.
Our client’s highly-regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on:
- Claims management
- Coverage disputes
- Policy wordings
- Claims notifications and presentations
- Negotiations with insurers
- Related recoveries
The ideal candidate will be an NQ or a junior lawyer (up to 3PQE). You will already be experienced in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for coverage advice, and your training will have come from a national or international practice, reputed for the quality of its insurance offering.
