Our client is a highly regarded claimant Personal Injury specialist and one of the leading practices within the sector, with a large and experienced team of Fee Earners operating across the UK. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner into its Fast Track team on a fully remote basis.

The Role

As a Fast-Track Fee Earner, you will have the opportunity to run cases from start to finish and cover a range of Personal Injury claims such as employer liability, public liability, and occupiers' liability. The caseloads may vary in volume and complexity, but you will typically manage a caseload of approximately 100-120 files. Those files will be a combination of fast track cases EL/PL & OL up to the values of £25,000.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner
  • Non-qualified candidates must have at least 5 years’ claimant Personal Injury experience
  • A background in EL/PL claims and claimant personal injury case management is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR and litigation process
  • Confident running litigated files from instruction through to settlement
  • Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
