Corporate Tax Solicitor
Location: Manchester, Leeds or Sheffield Our client is a well regarded and successful National firm with a great reputation for delivering high-quality advice across all commercial disciplines for a great client base.
Its Corporate Tax team in the North is looking to bring in an ambitious solicitor to its ranks – from NQ up to 6PQE.
The role will be based in any of our client’s Manchester, Sheffield or Leeds offices.
Its Corporate Tax team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including tax planning structures for property development and employee share incentive plans to joint venture and collaboration arrangements.
The team also provides advice in relation to corporate restructurings, debt reorganisations, share incentive plans and partnership incorporation transactions.
The successful applicant will be expected to take on a broad range of responsibilities including advising on the above-detailed tax-related matters alongside taking an active-part in Client trauining seminars and business development.
The successful candidate will be either Newly Qualified or have up to 6 PQE behind him/her from a good competitor firm, renowned for its Corporate and/or Tax offering.
