Its Private Wealth team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including estate planning and personal tax advice alongside other non-contentious private-wealth matters. It is now looking to appoint an assured junior solicitor (2-4PQE) to undertake a varied role in its Leeds office.
The successful applicant will be expected to take on a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Advising on a variety of tax/inheritance tax matters
- Drafting a full set of documents including wills, powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorneys
- Complex tax planning for families
