Salary: 65,000 -72,000Location: Leeds Real Estate Solicitor required for a new role within top-tier international practice, to be based in their flagship Leeds office.
Our client is a leading international law firm which is very-highly regarded across all commercial legal disciplines.
Their specialist Real Estate team covers a wide range of Commercial Property matters including property development, investment, asset management, funding, landlord and tenant and real estate tax.
Clients range from large property development and management companies, to corporate occupiers and institutional public sector organisations.
The team itself is widely known for offering some of the best work in the region.
Due to expansion, its highly-rated Leeds team is now looking to add an assured Real Estate solicitor to its ranks.
It is looking to speak to those candidates (2-5PQE) whose training and experience has been gained at a recognized commercial firm, highly-regarded for its property work.
The ideal candidate will also have particular experience of advising on acquisitions and disposals, as well as landlord & tenant and development matters.
