THE FIRM: Firm has a top tier Real Estate practice with a truly exceptional reputation Their team advises International and UK public and private companies, large developers, FTSE 250s, Fortune 500s and financial institutions on a range of domestic and international property matters Based in ecentral Leeds THE ROLE: This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading practice with your focus being on complex Real Estate matters.
If you are considering stepping away from a fee-earning role, this is a fantastic way to do so whilst also continuing to add real value to the Real Estate offering internally and for clients.
You will be required to support on business development matters and assist with client pitches from a knowledge management perspective.
An important part of the role will also be to provide training, research and knowhow ensuring that the firm is at the forefront of all legal and legislative developments that may occur.
THE CANDIDATE: Experienced Real Estate Solicitor, with your training and experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional practice.
The firm are looking to appoint either an experienced PSL, or someone with a minimum of 6PQE in Real Estate who would be interested in exploring a move into a non-fee-earning role.
You will have ideally gained supervisory/mentoring experience over junior lawyers.
The successful applicant will have strong technical black letter law skills and be someone the members of the team can turn to for technical guidance.
