Our client is a well regarded and successful Leeds-based firm with an excellent office culture known for being flexible without the need to compromise on the quality of work undertaken for clients.
Its Private Wealth team advises clients on a wide variety of matters including estate planning and personal tax advice alongside other non-contentious private-wealth matters. It is now looking to appoint an assured junior solicitor (2-4PQE) to undertake a varied role in its Leeds office.
The successful applicant will be expected to take on a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Advising on a variety of tax/inheritance tax matters
- Drafting a full set of documents including wills, powers of attorney, lasting powers of attorneys and those relating to further, complex tax planning for families
Whilst the successful candidate will have between 2-4 PQE behind him/her, the firm is more focused on bringing in the right person rather than a particular amount of specific experience.
