NQ Financial Regulation Solicitor
Location: Leeds NQ Financial Regulation Solicitor required for a new role within leading international commercial firm, to be based in Leeds.
Our client is a leading International law firm which is highly regarded across many commercial legal disciplines.
They are recognised for providing high level legal advice to the financial services and technology sectors amongst others.
Their highly rated Financial Regulation team cover a wide range of regulatory and financial legislation advice including: Financial Services and Markets Act (FSMA), Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules; the Building Societies Act; data protection; the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Mi FID); Treating Customers Fairly (TCF); and Retail Distribution Review (RDR).
Other matters handled by the team include anti-money laundering, consumer credit, insurance, conduct of business, customer documentation, e-commerce and advertising and marketing regulation.
Due to expansion they are now looking to recruit an ambitious NQ Solicitor to the team in Leeds.
They are ideally looking to speak to newly qualified Solicitors who are seeking to forge a career in this highly-specialised, complex area of law, with a strong contentious training contract, backed by strong academics.
Specific experience of Financial Regulatory work is not essential.
The work is complex and requires you to be someone who relishes technical black letter law.
