Location: Leeds Commercial Solicitor sought for new role with a highly-regarded practice based in the heart of Leeds City Centre THE FIRM: Well-regarded Leeds-based law firm, with an excellent reputation as an emerging high quality outfit Based Leeds city centre.
THE ROLE: Broad range of non-contentious Commercial work, with a growing amount of information governance and data-protection focused work.
Client across private and third sector making for a broad spread and rewarding mix of work.
Work will involve: Providing non-contentious legal advice on specialist information governance and data-protection advisory matters Advising clients across tech businesses and individuals; reviewing and drafting privacy policies and data processing notices; advising on various aspects of direct marketing and data protection compliance, ranging from small start-up clients to listed companies.
CANDIDATE: Our client is being flexible in its search and will consider candidates at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have between 1-8PQE, with your training and experience gained at a firm regarded for Commercial matters.
It is essential that you have the core skills, quality and versatility to work on any type of commercial matter.
You will be someone with a commercial outlook who can act as a business advisor to clients.
