Top 100 Global Practice with offices in London is seeking a seasoned Insurance / Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join its fantastic team. The successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity and general insurance-related advice to their extensive international client base.
This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on:
- Claims management
- Coverage disputes
- Policy wordings
- Claims notifications and presentations
- Negotiations with insurers
- Related recoveries
The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years’ PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for coverage advice. Our client is being flexible in its search and is open to considering candidates with high-level commercial litigation or other similarly complex, contentious areas.
Excellent academics alongside experience of working within a reputable competitor law firm are essential.
