THE FIRM:

Highly-regarded full service commercial law firm

Great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice

Role to be based in central London

THE ROLE:

The team do a range of advisory work on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners.

They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Healthcare Regulatory disciplinary, Inquests & Court of Protection work.

Workload includes a wide range of very high profile Medical Law advisory matters, including obtaining declarations to treat patients, disciplinery matters, child protection matters, mental health law advice, mental capacity law advice, deprivation of liberty matters and healthcare inquests.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 3PQE+ in Healthcare Regulatory and/or Court of Protection work.
