Job Description
Health Regulatory /Advisory / Court of Protection Solicitor sought by commercial law firm in London. Paying extremely well – Circa 80k
THE FIRM:
Highly-regarded full service commercial law firm
Great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice
Role to be based in central London with hybrid working
THE ROLE:
The work is varied: providing a broad range of expert advice to healthcare professionals facing NHS, professional discipline (regulatory) and criminal investigations, responding to patient complaints, involved in inquests or defending clinical negligence claims.
They have well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on Healthcare Regulatory and Court of Protection work
THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally they are looking for someone with at least 2PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work.
