Health & Safety Regulatory Solicitor
Location: Leeds Our client is an international law firm with an excellent reputation for providing tier 1 advice across a wide number of commercial areas.
Their Regulatory group act for clients across the whole range of environment, health and safety matters – covering a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, finance, healthcare and retail.
They are now looking to recruit an assured solicitor (3-6PQE) to join their teams in either Leeds or Manchester, to focus squarely on a complex caseload of predominantly Health and Safety matters.
The team acts for clients being investigated and/ or prosecuted by the Health and Safety Executive, FCA, Local Authorities, the Environment Agency and other regulatory enforcement bodies for breaches of health and safety, product safety, food safety, road safety and other related legislation.
Due to expansion they are looking to recruit a Regulatory solicitor join their team in Leeds.
You will ideally be an assured solicitor, with between 3-6PQE and with your training having been gained at a top law firm, renowned for its regulatory expertise.
