The Role: As Head of Residential, you will:
- Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staff
- Handle a high-quality caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions
- Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
- Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management
Strong technical ability across all conveyancing matters
Previous experience leading or supervising a team
Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
Ambition to progress into Director-level leadership
