This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, advising senior executives, businesses and HR professionals on a wide range of workplace matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality client work, combining strategic advisory matters with complex disputes and providing a genuinely varied caseload. You will enjoy significant autonomy, direct client contact and the opportunity to work alongside a team of specialist employment lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment. The position is fully remote, with optional access to offices across the South of England for those who prefer occasional office-based working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
  • Advising employers, senior executives and professionals on a broad range of workplace issues.
  • Delivering clear, commercially focused employment law advice.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, policies and settlement agreements.
  • Supporting clients with disputes, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers and exits.
  • Handling Employment Tribunal matters from instruction through to conclusion, including pleadings and evidence preparation.
  • Advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions and organisational change.
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted day-to-day adviser.
  • Working collaboratively within a specialist team while managing matters independently.

Experience Required

  • Qualified Solicitor in England.
