A London City firm are looking to add an experienced employment lawyer to their growing team
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to advise on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues. You’ll handle matters including:
- Employment contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Redundancies and restructures
- Discrimination, whistleblowing, and unfair dismissal claims
- TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with senior partners and clients, providing commercially focused, strategic advice that makes a real impact.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 2–8years PQE in employment law
- Strong track record in advising employers and/or employees
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
- Able to manage your own caseload and work effectively as part of a team
