Corporate Solicitor (x2)Salary: Excellent
Location: Leeds2 x Corporate Solicitor sought by highly-rated, award winning National firm with offices in Leeds.
One role will be more junior (2-4PQE), whilst the other is more senior (5-8PQE)THE FIRM: Award winning, high-quality National firm with offices in Leeds Very good regional and national reputation for delivering high quality Corporate legal advice, whilst also achieving a highly regarded working environment Based in central Leeds THE ROLES: The team do a range of work for clients from quality SMEs to owner-managed businesses and large corporates Excellent caseload, predominantly advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions, listed company transactions and IPOs.
They have an established Corporate team and are looking to bring in two further solicitors – one at the junior end (2-4PQE) and another for a more experienced candidate (5-8PQE).
