Our client: Elite Law Firm with offices in London seeks to add an ambitious Corporate NQ Solicitor to their excellent London team immediately and/or in September 2022.
The role: The role will focus on delivering complex advice on high-value matters within our client’s highly-regarded Private Equities practice. The role will therefore have a strong focus on Corporate Transactions and Equity Capital Markets.
You: Our client is happy to consider current or September 2022 qualifiers who have trained in the City/London, have excellent academics and will have completed a seat in Corporate by the time they qualify – these requirements are essential to any application. Whilst prior experience of advising on Equity Capital Markets would be an advantage to any application, it is not essential.
