We are working with a highly regarded US City law firm seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (2 – 6 PQE) to join its market-leading London Corporate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the City’s preeminent specialist Corporate practices.

The Role

  • Advising on asset and share sale structures and key deal terms
  • Conducting and overseeing specialist due diligence
  • Drafting and negotiating key deal documents
  • Conducting disclosure exercises
  • Advising on joint venture arrangements
  • General corporate advice
  • Self-motivated business development and business development with the wider team
  • Manage all client work allocated to them, liaising with clients, managing expectations and providing consistently excellent client service
  • Exercising high standards of client care in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring that all the Firm’s business and client documentation is kept confidential and secure
  • Keeping up to date with caselaw, policy and planned reforms

You will play a central role in complex, high-value matters while developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued expansion of the Corporate practice.

  • 2-6 years PQE of dealing with corporate matters
  • Experience in a generalist corporate M
