Responsibilities
- You’ll advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work, while gaining exposure to specialist sectors such as telecoms, transport and logistics, clean energy and sustainability.
- Lead transactions from instruction through to completion
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial property agreements
- Support clients involved in strategic development projects.
- The role will involve handling high-value and complex transactions for both national and regional clients, working closely with Partners and colleagues across the firm.
- You’ll take responsibility for managing your own matters and developing strong client relationships, while also getting involved in business development and helping to support the continued growth of the Bristol team.
- Depending on your level of experience, there may also be opportunities to supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
Requirements
- At least 4 years post qualified as a Solicitor (England & Wales), ideally within commercial real estate.
- Strong Commercial Real Estate experience gained within a reputable firm.
- Confident in managing a varied caseload of complex, high-value transactions.
- Ideally has experience with telecoms code agreements or telecoms-related property work. Though this is not essential.
- Someone that is interested and motivated by business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
