We’re recruiting for a leading claimant practice seeking a Team Leader to help run a high-performing Catastrophic & Serious Injury department. This is a visible leadership role for a proven catastrophic injury solicitor who loves coaching others and delivering results on complex multi-track RTA & EL/PL cases.
- Lead and supervise a serious injury caseload/team;
- Own quality/risk: CPR compliance, budgeting/costs, file reviews and KPI delivery;
- Champion rehabilitation & interim payments;
- Negotiate confidently (Part 36, JSM/mediation) and develop people through coaching/training.
Solicitor or CILEX with strong claimant catastrophic/serious injury and multi-track RTA experience. Proven supervisor/people leader; Salary to £90k + bonus + excellent benefits. Remote Working with a Leeds base and clear progression into senior leadership/technical routes.
