Legal Advisor / In-House Counsel
Location: Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool or Birmingham Legal Advisor / In-House Counsel required for new role with a highly-rated international company which is a leader in its field.
Due to recent successes, our client is looking to appoint a Legal Advisor with a key focus on planning, environmental and transport matters, alongside commercial and contractual risk considerations.
The role will involve being responsible for assisting the management of legal risk within our client's UK based team, through the provision of commercial advice relating to consultancy appointments.
The firm's preference would be to appoint someone who is either a junior solicitor (NQ-2PQE) or an experienced paralegal with extensive and demonstrable in-house commercial experience.
If you are a junior solicitor, your training and experience will have been gained at a national or regional firm recognised for its commercial expertise.
Our client is being flexible in its search and is open to considering those candidates with experience of Commercial law, Construction law, Planning law, Projects law or Environmental law.
