Our client, a well-regarded regional firm with offices in Blackburn, is looking for an experienced Insurance Solicitor (Senior Associate or Partner) to join its well-regarded Social Care Insurance team. The successful candidate will join a technically excellent team and will be given the opportunity of undertaking a wide spectrum of complex Insurance matters – all of which will have a distinct focus on serious/complex Abuse matters and the resulting insurance claims and implications.
The work on offer is of a very good standard and the successful candidate will have extensive experience of complex insurance law relating to local authorities, vulnerable adults and children. As an experienced lawyer, you will have at least 6 PQE, be comfortable managing a team of lawyers and will also be expected to support the team in marketing both its and the firm's services to existing and future clients.
Our client is willing to consider those who are already at Partner level and looking to join a highly reputable practice, alongside candidates at the senior associate level that feel that they have the requisite experience to take a step up. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Insurance Solicitor to join a great team and help drive it forward.
