I’m working with a growing claimant Personal Injury team that is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (3 PQE) on a fully remote basis. This is a strong opportunity for a confident PI fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

The Role

  • You will manage an existing mixed claimant Personal Injury caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting initial client consultations and triaging new enquiries
  • Advising clients on all aspects of their Personal Injury claims
  • Managing and progressing a varied caseload end-to-end
  • Negotiating settlements in line with client objectives
  • Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
  • Reviewing and managing WIP, funding arrangements and budgets
  • Maintaining organised, compliant and up-to-date files
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives

This role offers genuine autonomy, but within a supportive structure focused on performance and long-term development.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3 years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury
  • Someone confident running a mixed PI caseload independently
  • Strong negotiation and settlement experience
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of WIP and targets
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely
