Requirements
- Grade A fee earner – 8+ PQE Solicitor or CILEx with practising rights (or within 12 months of achieving Grade A / practising rights)
- Strong background in Personal Injury litigation – multi-track, CN, or both
- Solid knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR and litigation procedures
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively with strong attention to detail
- Compassionate, empathetic and analytical approach
