I'm working exclusively with a leading claimant Serious Injury specialist seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive with claimant Personal Injury experience to join its Warwick team.
You will handle Serious & Catastrophic Injury claims, benefit from a quarterly profit share bonus and enjoy genuinely flexible hybrid working. Importantly, there are no individual billing targets, allowing lawyers to focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for clients rather than chasing numbers.
The team acts on behalf of clients who have suffered life-changing injuries, including brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations, providing exposure to complex, rewarding litigation and long-term client relationships.

The Role: You will manage your own caseload of claimant Serious Injury matters whilst assisting on larger, more complex catastrophic injury cases alongside experienced senior lawyers. About You:
- 1–6 years' PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Previous claimant Personal Injury experience
- Experience managing your own caseload of litigated files
- Strong client care and communication skills
