I\βve been proud to help build this firm\βs presence in the Midlands, placing several key hires as they continue to grow. If you\βre looking to join a forward-thinking, values-driven firm committed to doing things differently, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
We\βre working with one of the UK\βs best-regarded claimant personal injury firms, known for putting outcomes before profit. The firm refuses to take unnecessary deductions from damages, ensuring injured individuals keep the compensation they deserve. Recognised by Best Companies and accredited with the Investors in People Gold Standard, they place genuine emphasis on wellbeing, flexibility and personal development.
You\βll be part of a high-performing Serious & Catastrophic Injury team managing a multi-track caseload and supporting on high-value catastrophic injury cases (including brain, spinal, amputation and complex pain injuries). The role suits a solicitor or legal executive with strong claimant experience who is passionate about helping people rebuild their lives after injury.
The Role
Run your own caseload of multi-track serious injury matters, as well as some lower-value cases as required
Assist senior lawyers on catastrophic cases (brain, spinal, amputation, chronic pain)
Support and supervise trainees and paralegals where appropriate
Engage in business development and help grow the firm\βs presence across the Midlands
Maintain accurate records in the case management system and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
Provide empathetic and consistent client care

Access to a supportive, inclusive and collaborative team environment
A chance to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and their families
