I’m working with a growing claimant Personal Injury team that is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive (3+ PQE) on a fully remote basis. This is a strong opportunity for a confident PI fee earner who enjoys running their own caseload, delivering excellent client care, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
The Role
You will manage an existing mixed claimant Personal Injury caseload from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring files are progressed efficiently and to a high standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting initial client consultations and triaging new enquiries
- Advising clients on all aspects of their Personal Injury claims
- Managing and progressing a varied caseload end-to-end
- Negotiating settlements in line with client objectives
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Reviewing and managing WIP, funding arrangements and budgets
- Maintaining organised, compliant and up-to-date files
- Ensuring full compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet team objectives
This role offers genuine autonomy, but within a supportive structure focused on performance and long-term development.
The Ideal Candidate
This role would suit:
- A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in claimant Personal Injury
- Someone confident running a mixed PI caseload independently
- Strong negotiation and settlement experience
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of WIP and targets
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- A proactive, organised and self-motivated individual comfortable working remotely
