The work is varied, high-value and genuinely interesting, with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation, client relationships and achieving the best possible long-term outcomes. You will work closely with leading Counsel, medical experts and rehabilitation providers, while also supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team. • Genuine autonomy and trust
  • Supportive and collaborative culture
  • Opportunity to play a key role within the team
  • Clear long-term progression

  • Values quality client care and long-term relationships
  • Is confident mentoring and supporting junior colleagues
  • Wants to play a more senior and influential role within a team
