Our client is a highly regarded personal injury specialist and one of the leading firms in the sector, with a team of over 140 experienced Fee Earners across the UK. As the team continues to expand, they are seeking a Fast-Track Claimant Personal Injury Fee Earner to join them on a fully remote basis.
The Role
As a Fast-Track Personal Injury Fee Earner, you will manage a varied caseload from inception to conclusion, handling employer liability, public liability and RTA claims.
- Caseloads will include pre- and post-litigation stages, using an advanced case management system.
- Most cases will be Fast Track EL/PL matters up to £25,000.
- You will also build strong relationships with clients, medical experts, and counsel.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Fee Earner with a background in Claimant Personal Injury.
- Proven experience in EL/PL claims and case management.
- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and litigation processes.
