I'm working with a well-established claimant Personal Injury firm offering a fully remote opportunity within their Intermediate Track team. This role offers a more balanced and structured environment, with a manageable caseload and the opportunity to handle more involved litigation work, all within a team where systems and processes are already in place to support you.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of claimant Personal Injury matters, primarily Intermediate Track EL/PL with some RTA, alongside exposure to Multi-Track work. You'll have full ownership of your files from instruction through to settlement, including litigation, with the autonomy to progress your cases effectively and achieve the best outcomes for your clients. The caseload is varied and offers a good mix of day-to-day file handling and more involved litigation work.
