I am delighted to present a rare, fully remote opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded claimant-focused practice. This role is perfectly suited to a solicitor with 5 years’ PQE who is looking to continue high-quality claimant work while enjoying genuine flexibility and autonomy.
The Role
- Managing a varied claimant employment caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, and settlement agreements
- Running matters independently, with appropriate support
- Fully remote working with no requirement to attend an office
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in employment law
- Strong experience in claimant-side employment work
- Confident handling files end-to-end
- Excellent client care and communication skills
