We’re working with a leading NHS Resolution panel firm seeking a Healthcare Solicitor to join their team in Newcastle. The role offers exposure to high-quality defendant clinical negligence work, a flexible hybrid setup, and a supportive, down-to-earth culture.

The Role

  • Manage your own caseload of defendant clinical negligence matters, suited to your level of experience.
  • Support senior solicitors on complex and high-value claims.
  • Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts, and barristers to progress cases efficiently.
  • Provide clear, practical advice and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (0–5 years PQE) – NQ applications with relevant experience welcomed.
