A great opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a well-established Top 100 firm within a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked corporate team. This role is based in Bristol with the flexibility of hybrid working.
The Role This position is ideal for a Corporate Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE. You will be advising on a range of corporate matters including:

• Corporate structuring and reorganisations
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Equity investments and joint ventures
• Equity incentive arrangements
• Domestic and cross-border transactions

This is a client-facing role in private practice, requiring strong technical knowledge of UK corporate and contract law. The firm works closely with clients in the tech sector, providing an opportunity to be involved in innovative and evolving legal work.
Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in corporate law
• Strong academic and technical background in UK corporate and contract law
• Commercially aware, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling complex corporate transactions, including M&A, equity investments, and joint ventures
