My client is a well-respected, top tier Legal 500 recommended law firm who are looking to recruit an ambitious Catastrophic Injury Solicitor due to the growth of their Serious Injury department.
Your caseload will be challenging yet highly rewarding, where you will gain exposure to some of the most complex, high value defendant cases in the UK. You will also be working with some of the best Lawyers in the country for this type of work. Applications are invited from progressive Solicitors (5+ PQE) with experience of being the lead lawyer on high-value, highly-complex multi-million pound files and managing a team of junior lawyers.
This is an outstanding role for an aspiring Solicitor looking to join a leading law firm with an excellent salary and generous benefits package on offer. Hybrid home and office working is also available.
Responsibilities
- Lead on high-value, highly-complex multi-million pound files in catastrophic injury/serious injury matters.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior lawyers within the department.
- Collaborate with senior partners and other lawyers to develop case strategy and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Engage with defendant cases, managing expectations and communications with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Progressive Solicitors (5+ PQE) with experience as the lead lawyer on high-value, highly-complex multi-million pound files.
- Experience in managing a team of junior lawyers.
