We're teaming up with an innovative, niche law firm exclusively focused on representing clients who have suffered Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI). With a focused pipeline of high-value cases and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting opportunity for a Grade A Lawyer (Solicitor or CILEx) to join a team of experienced professionals specialising in Traumatic Brain and Catastrophic Injury claims.

The Role

Operating differently from traditional law firms, they intentionally maintain very low caseloads to prioritise excellence in client care and support. In this position, you'll be responsible for managing approximately 5 cases, consisting of complex, high-value TBI cases. There’s also the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload that includes clinical negligence claims, allowing for further professional development.

Our client prioritises client care over financial or billable targets, aiming to provide a comprehensive and personalised service that meets the needs of the clients and strives for the best possible outcome.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking highly motivated lawyers (Solicitors or CILEx) with a minimum of 8 years PQE and experience in managing multi-track serious injury cases. While extensive experience in TBI is not essential—training and support will be provided—you should have solid experience in preparing schedules of loss, drafting witness statements, and handling claims exceeding £500k.

What's on Offer

Our client provides a highly competitive salary and benefits package, along with clear opportunities for career progression as the firm continues to grow. With a strong focus on collaboration with healthcare professionals and third sector organisations, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those affected by brain injuries.

Remote work is available for 4 days a week, with 1 day required in the Manchester office. However, there is additional flexibility in this arrangement once you are settled and established in the role.
