The environment is collaborative, modern and supportive, with good quality work, strong internal support and clear progression opportunities.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of defendant EL/PL matters, including both pre-litigation and litigated claims. The work includes complex and higher value multi-track cases across sectors including construction, manufacturing, retail, leisure and property, alongside exposure to multi-defendant and Part 20 claims. You’ll work closely with insurers, corporates and loss adjusters, while also having the opportunity to support on larger and more technically challenging matters alongside highly experienced Partners recognised within the defendant PI market. This is not a purely volume-driven role. The focus is on quality litigation, strong client relationships and delivering practical commercial outcomes.

  • A confident litigator looking to deepen their exposure to more technical and complex work
  • A candidate who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of their files
  • Someone looking for a long-term move within a respected and growing team
  • Experience handling multi-track matters and knowledge of policy coverage would be advantageous.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary up to £60,000 D.O.E
  • Hybrid working
  • Bonus structure and strong wider benefits package
  • Private Medical Insurance and wellbeing support
  • Long-term progression opportunities
