I’m working with a highly regarded claimant law firm looking to appoint a Principal Associate into their Serious Injury team. This is a genuine opportunity to join a well-established team handling complex, life-changing injury claims, while also playing a key role in the continued growth and development of the department. The environment is collaborative, supportive and adult in its approach, offering high-quality work without the overly corporate feel that can often come with larger Serious Injury teams.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of complex catastrophic injury matters, including brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations and serious orthopaedic trauma. The work is varied, high-value and genuinely interesting, with a strong emphasis on rehabilitation, client relationships and achieving the best possible long-term outcomes. You will work closely with leading Counsel, medical experts and rehabilitation providers, while also supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team. There is also scope to become more involved in business development, networking and helping shape the future direction of the department over time.
