You will step into a dual-scope role: acting as Global HR Generalist and as HRBP to the Finance organisation, ensuring continuity of HR operations, systems, and stakeholder relationships during the cover period.
The ideal candidate will be able to pick up existing HR systems, budgets, and processes quickly, with minimal ramp-up, and will bring prior exposure to SME and/or technology-sector environments where HR systems, budget ownership, and process design were a core part of the role.
