As our Marketing Manager, you’ll:
- Lead on marketing planning and execution
- Develop and deliver our content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook (with potential to expand to other channels such as Pinterest)
- Build our brand voice and help communicate our values and services to organisations seeking fresh and fearless HR support
We are fully flexible about working times and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver a targeted marketing plan aligned to business goals
- Conduct competitor/market analysis and monitor trends to support informed strategy decisions
- Produce compelling content including posts, graphics, and short-form video (Typical output: 2 posts/week and 2 reels or videos/month)
- Manage platforms and scheduling to maintain consistent presence
- Review performance metrics to adapt and optimise strategy
- Build engagement with our online audience
- Stay informed about trends in HR, employment law, small business, and charities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns
- Ability to write blogs, newsletters, or other long-form content (e.g. thought leadership pieces)
