We are fully flexible about working times and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitor/market analysis and monitor trends to support informed strategy decisions
  • Produce compelling content including posts, graphics, and short-form video (Typical output: 2 posts/week and 2 reels or videos/month)
  • Manage platforms and scheduling to maintain consistent presence

  • Build engagement with our online audience
  • Stay informed about trends in HR, employment law, small business, and charities
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure cohesive messaging and campaigns
  • Ability to write blogs, newsletters, or other long-form content (e.g. thought leadership pieces)

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

  • Creative, proactive, and strong at storytelling
  • Skilled in marketing strategy and social media content creation
  • Able to analyse and learn from competitor positioning
  • Experienced or knowledgeable in HR or people management topics
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Curious, collaborative, and happy to experiment

  • Opportunity to shape Cape Consulting's marketing and brand presence from the ground up
  • Supportive, positive team culture
