About Our Client
We are responsible for the provision of HR Business Partnering Capabilities for our UK client.
The role is offered on an initial temporary basis with the anticipation that it will become permanent.

The HR Business Partner is a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business priorities into practical people plans that enable performance, engagement and growth.
Working closely with leaders and the wider HR team, this role will provide commercially focused advice, challenge and support across the full HR remit.
The postholder will use insight, data and sound judgement to drive effective decision-making, strengthen leadership capability and help create a high-performing, inclusive and future-ready organisation.
Responsibilities
- Organisational Design and

Planning: Partner with business leaders to shape effective structures, roles and ways of working that support business strategy, improve productivity and build organisational capability for current and future needs.
- Talent and
Succession: Lead talent reviews, succession planning and development conversations to identify critical capability, strengthen leadership pipelines and support retention of high-performing and high-potential colleagues.
- Change and
Transformation: Plan and deliver people-related change, including restructures, consultations and TUPE activity, ensuring activity is legally compliant, commercially balanced and delivered with clear communication and employee engagement.
- Employee Relations and
- Risk
Management: Provide confident, pragmatic advice on complex employee relations matters, balancing employment law, policy, commercial risk and the desired employee experience.
- People Insight and
Data: Analyse people metrics, trends and feedback across the relevant business areas to identify opportunities, inform leadership decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives.
