Recruitment Consultant – Estate Agency Sector | Hybrid Cape Consulting Group is hiring for a specialist recruitment consultancy serving the estate agency and property sector.

Following a recent change of ownership, we're re-energising the business β€” and we're looking for a recruiter who wants to build something, not just maintain it.

The role You'll take over a small existing book of live roles and client queries from day one, so there's income and momentum to work with immediately.

But the real opportunity here is growth: we have a strong bank of previous clients who've gone quiet, and we need someone who'll get back on the phone, re-open relationships, and turn dormant contacts into active business.

This is a genuine mix o f delivery and business developme nt β€” not a BD role dressed up as a recruitment job, and not a desk-sitting 360 role either.

You'll do both, and shape how much weight sits on each as the business grows.

What you'll be doing Managing and progressing current live vacancies and candidate queries Proactively reaching out to former and dormant clients to reignite relationships Business development β€” identifying and winning new estate agency clients Full 360 recruitment: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into estate agency roles Helping shape the direction of the business as it scales back up What we're looking for Recruitment experience is essential; sector experience in estate agency, property, or a related field is a strong advantage but not a dealbreaker Comfortable picking up the phone for new business, not just account management Self-starter energy β€” you'll have real autonomy and a real say in how this grows Resilient and target-driven, but genuinely relationship-focused rather than purely transactional What's on offer cΒ£70,000 OTE with unlimited upside potential (details on application/at interview) Hybrid working A live desk from day one, plus real scope to grow your own patch and progress as the business does The chance to build a business, not just work in one Sound like you?
