Recruitment Consultant – Estate Agency Sector | Hybrid Cape Consulting Group is hiring for a specialist recruitment consultancy serving the estate agency and property sector.
Following a recent change of ownership, we're re-energising the business — and we're looking for a recruiter who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
The role You'll take over a small existing book of live roles and client queries from day one, so there's income and momentum to work with immediately.
But the real opportunity here is growth: we have a strong bank of previous clients who've gone quiet, and we need someone who'll get back on the phone, re-open relationships, and turn dormant contacts into active business.
This is a genuine mix o f delivery and business developme nt — not a BD role dressed up as a recruitment job, and not a desk-sitting 360 role either.
You'll do both, and shape how much weight sits on each as the business grows.
