We are looking for a curious and pragmatic HR Consultant to join our team in Essex. If you’re someone who wants to move beyond theory and see how high-impact HR drives business growth, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Initial Basis: Part-time (hours to be discussed), but spread over 5 days per week to ensure consistency for our clients.
  • Hybrid Working: A mix of remote work and being happy to attend a mixture of our Essex and Hertfordshire offices 3 days per week.

The Opportunity: You’ll be working alongside senior consultants, getting hands-on experience in everything from HR audits and policy development to leadership coaching and organizational transformation.
