The Role
- Supporting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters
- Assisting with case preparation, drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Liaising with clients, courts and other professionals
- Preparing bundles and assisting with hearings
- Managing your own workload while supporting the wider Family team
- Developing your knowledge and responsibilities as your experience grows
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within Family Law
- Previous experience as a Family Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and client care
- Proactive and ambitious, with a genuine desire to progress within Family Law
