We’re working with one of the UK’s best-regarded claimant personal injury firms, known for putting outcomes before profit. The firm refuses to take unnecessary deductions from damages, ensuring injured individuals keep the compensation they deserve. - Support and supervise trainees and paralegals where appropriate
- Engage in business development and help grow the firm’s presence across the Midlands
- Maintain accurate records in the case management system and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes
- Provide empathetic and consistent client care
The Ideal Candidate
- 2–4 years PQE (flexible to 1–5 PQE) Solicitor or CILEx with solid claimant personal injury experience
- Confident managing multi-track claims from start to finish
- Experience assisting on high-value or catastrophic injury cases is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated and collaborative in approach
- Strong client care ethic and genuine passion for helping injured individuals
- Business development or networking experience is desirable but not essential

- Salary up to £60,000 DOE
- Hybrid working with mainly remote flexibility – typically 1 office days per week.
- A culture centred on outcomes, not billing or profit
- Opportunities for career growth and meaningful development
- Access to a supportive, inclusive and collaborative team environment
- A chance to make a real difference in the lives of your clients and their families
