The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a defendant Insurance Solicitor to join this Legal 500 ranked national law firm\’s team in Birmingham within their Catastrophic Injury & Casualty team. The team acts for large insurers dealing with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims. Their work primarily covers EL/PL and personal injury matters.

Requirements

1. A qualified Solicitor or CILEx (minimum 3 years PQE) with experience in Defendant EL/PL.
2. Strong background in EL/PL and personal injury claims.
3. Experience in managing higher value defendant personal injury claims either independently or assisting senior lawyers.
